Wade Convay is the interactive creative lead at Google’s Brand Studio. He works with a transdisciplinary team across brand design, marketing, and cross-product initiatives to create the next great experiences from Google. Previously he was the executive creative director and VP of Product Innovation at R/GA, working on the Nike+ ecosystem of products. He also worked on brands such as Converse, Fossil, Louis Vuitton, Samsung, Toyota, Walmart, and Zagat. Wade has been faculty member at the School of Visual Arts in New York for the last 5 years building the interactive department from two instructors to over 20. He graduated from ArtCenter College of Design with a degree in Graphic Design.

Nik is an international award-winning artist, designer, and educational leader. As the Graphic Design Department Chair at Art Center College of Design (www.artcenter.edu) in Pasadena, California, leading a faculty of over 40 professional designers and 300 students, Nik has created a new curriculum, fusing print and packaging, motion and interaction design into Transmedia Design. This innovative program is razing traditional barriers separating designer, artist and curator. It entails working across both emerging and traditional media —everything from data visualization to interactive spatial installations— to create an emotionally resonant experience. As the Executive Director of Art Center’s Berlin Satellite Program, he prototypes new learning models in Europe’s thriving metropolis. His Los Angeles based artist platform Ueberall International (www.ueberall.us) conceives and produces data-driven art installations converging digital media and spatial experiences. His artist team produced the data-driven sculptures eCLOUD for San Jose International Airport and AirFIELD for Atlanta International Airport and is currently working on high profile art projects in San Diego and Seattle. As former principal and chief creative officer of Triad Berlinhe and his two partners formed one of Germany’s leading design firms. His team created pavilions for the World Expo2000 and for the Swiss Expo02.

With a background in user-experience design and technology R&D, Ian Sands has 20 years of experience inventing, designing and envisioning long-term futures and next generation software solutions.
In his current role as Managing Partner and Founder of Pilot Lab, LLC, Sands is 18 months into starting his second company after retiring his post at Microsoft in 2010.
Pilot is a technology concept lab with outposts in Seattle and London. The company consists of designers and engineers that specialize in the invention of software and solutions that reimagine the customer experience. Leveraging a lab-for-hire model, they extend the team’s expertise in R&D, product incubation, long-term envisioning and people-centric design. Pilot’s client list includes Microsoft, Skype, Pearson, Spotify, Delta Airlines and the private office of Bill Gates.
Sands’ work was recognized as playing a pivotal role in how Microsoft aligned to re-imagine and unify long-term visions for the company. In addition, the design language created by the team helped to spark a movement to modernize and unify the branding and user experience design across the company.

Geetika Agrawal is a Creative Director at R/GA New York, with 10+ years experience designing interactive products, services, spaces and communications for global brands such as Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, MasterCard, MTV, Disney, Samsung, Nokia, Microsoft, AARP, Barnes & Noble and Walmart. Her team’s work has been featured at TEDIndia, Fast Company, CES and won several industry awards including 2013 Cannes Silver Lion. She is part of the R/GA Connected Devices Accelerator Services Team that helped launch start-ups in connected devices and IoT space in 2014 and 2015.
Geetika is also an Adjunct Professor at School of Visual Arts in New York teaching Interaction Design to 3rd and 4th year students. She has judged award shows, guest lectured at institutions like Ecole Intuit Lab, IxDA, Girls Who Code and advises young designers on a regular basis. She holds a Masters in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design, California and a Bachelors in Interior Architecture from CEPT, Ahmedabad, India.
