Martin Lotti

VP / Brand Design / Nike

Martin Lotti, VP/ Brand Design leads a global multidisciplinary design team overseeing all consumer facing brand executions for Nike across all categories. In his previous role as VP/Global Creative Director, Categories & Concepts, he oversawthe creative direction for all categories at Nike as well as Nike’s lead seasonal brand concepts. Lotti also workedas VP/Global Creative Director, Global Football, led Nike’s creative efforts for World Cup 2014 and creatively directed Women’s World Cup 2015, Copa America 2016 and Euro 2016 for Nike.

Lotti is a part of AdAge 2013 ‘Creativity 50’ list. Time magazine called him “Nike’s Creative Whiz” . Martin was the recipient of the “Forty under Forty” award by Portland Business Journal and Fast Company Magazine included him in the ‘Most Creative People in Business’ 2016 list.

Rocky Jacob

Chief Designer / LVMH’s Rimowa

Rocky Jacob started his design career at the prestigious firm IDEO in Munich. He established his own studio in New York city working with companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Dell and Nike. His fascination for cutting edge technology lead him to joint a small start up called Nest. As the head of design at Nest he established their design language and was part of the exec team that successfully guided the companies integration in to Google witch acquired the company in 2014. At Nest he focused on creating delightful products that redefine the connected home through thoughtful user experiences, simplicity, and premium build quality. Most recently hewas appointed Chief product officer at LVMH’s Rimowa. His work has received multiple awards, he is holding 40+ patents and is a frequent speaker on topics around design and innovation.

John Badalamenti

Head of Design / Advanced Programs / UBER

John Badalamenti is a multidisciplinary design leader at Uber Technologies, Inc. where he currently serves as Head of Design for Advanced Programs.  He’s led creative direction for the innovative Uber Beacon hardware device, designed a majority of the company’s foundational enterprise tool systems including Uber Maps, and has been awarded several patents over his 4+ year tenure at the startup.  Since the genesis of Uber’s commitment to accelerate the emerging and inevitable Urban Aviation Industry, ala “Uber Elevate”, John is responsible for leading efforts of radical innovation across Skyport Infrastructure, Terminal Architecture, aircraft cabin interiors, and defining the vision for the end-to-end passenger experience.


Wei Liu

Director of UED, Hema

Liu Wei has a dozen years of work experience in e-commerce and O2O, including eBay China, MSN shopping, Zbird, etc. Since joining Alibaba in 2013, she worked on a number of innovative projects, such as Tmall international, Miao street, and Baichuan entrepreneurs open platform. In June 2016, she joined Hema, a new retail innovation with the OAO (Online and Offline) model, and created the full-link experience design of the HEMA through service design.


Wang Huiran

EVP/ Trading Wisdom

Mr. Hong is the founder and CEO of Trading Wisdom, which is the leader of cross-border services. He is a specialist at finding new development opportunities and enters into new areas based on their existing business and distinct advantages. Mr. Hong led the spin off of the market department of EGO Group. After the reorganization of Huijia Media and Yimao Advertising, Trading Wisdom focuses on traditional PR services, new-media marketing, entertainment and other fields.  Mr. Hong led the team to upgrade its business from digital marketing to data marketing. With subsidiaries in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou, the brand keeps promoting revolutions in traditional business.


Lu Chen

Design Director / Xiaomi ecosystem

Chen Lu is the design director of Xiaomi’s Ecosystem and is responsible for packaging, product and VI design. She joined Xiaomi in 2011. According to the needs of different projects, she led Xiaomi cross-departmen team and worked together to complete Mi & Redmi mobile phone packaging series, Ecosystem packaging series, Mi, Mijia and Mitu brand designs, and Mi Home flagship store, CES and MWC Xiaomi exhibition area, and Mi branding products. She designed the Mi phone packaging which break the traditional thinking of the mobile phone packaging. The minimalist, practical and environmental friendly become the packaging style of Mi phone. Lead the team to create a packaging form suitable for Mi e-commerce platform so that the package not only serves the product but also suits the needs of platform development. The Mi mascot ,“Mitu” the rabbit, product line sold more than one million in a single year.


Alexander Åhnebrink

Design Director, Nio Merchandise

Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, and he graduated in Product Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in 2002.

In 2002 he took employment for Atelier Bellini, an award winning design and innovation consultancy founded by Mario and Claudio Bellini. In 2009 he founded his own creative agency, Aå Design, an advertising and brand agency based in Milan and Stockholm. In 2013 Alexander start working at the Innovation Design Team of Lenovo in Beijing. A few years later Alexander moved to Shanghai to set up the creative team Retail Link.

Alexander joinedthe next generation car company NIO in early 2018, where he currently heads the design team of the Merchandise department.


Wade Convay

Creative Lead / Branding Studio / Google

Wade Convay is the interactive creative lead at Google’s Brand Studio. He works with a transdisciplinary team across brand design, marketing, and cross-product initiatives to create the next great experiences from Google. Previously he was the executive creative director and VP of Product Innovation at R/GA, working on the Nike+ ecosystem of products. He also worked on brands such as Converse, Fossil, Louis Vuitton, Samsung, Toyota, Walmart, and Zagat. Wade has been faculty member at the School of Visual Arts in New York for the last 5 years building the interactive department from two instructors to over 20. He graduated from ArtCenter College of Design with a degree in Graphic Design.


Frank Stephenson

Frank Stephenson is an American/ Spanish car designer who has designed a wide range of successful automobiles for various manufacturers. After graduating from ArtCenter College of Design, Frank began his career in 1986 with Ford Motor Company in Germany. In 2002 he went to Ferrari and Maserati as their first ever Design Director. There he was responsible for the designs of the Ferrari FXX Super Enzo and the the Maserati MC12 Stradale, among many other acclaimed cars. He then became Design Director for Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Light Commercial Vehicles in 2006 where he led the design of cars such as the Fiat 500, the Fiat Bravo and the Alfa Romeo Mito. Insiders regularly refer to him as “one of the most influential car designers of our times”.
